Everyone within the Archdiocese of St. Louis is invited to participate in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey between Ash Wednesday, March 2 and April 4, 2022. The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey of parishioners that provides insights into the level of missionary discipleship in the parish in addition to the effectiveness of the Mass experience, preaching and other aspects of parish life. DMI survey hard copies available on Sundays at the back of the Cathedral beginning March 6. DMI survey hard copies also available by request from one of our priests or call the rectory at 314-231-3250. Completed hard copy surveys can be returned in the collection basket or the rectory mailbox.
